How do I return an item?

Please try to reduce returns, Ask me before buying and or after so I can verify and make sure your part works for you! Please contact me at in regards to all returns. I can then track all returns via email, thank you.
Please open the item and inspect it for damage and or if it was the wrong item sent with in 10 working days, anything after 10 working days will be my choice if I will correct the issue or not. Take a photo of the merchandise if damaged and or wrong item and send it to If Damaged and or wrong item I will cover all cost.

If is has mechanical issue take it to a local seller of the product and he has to do the warranty work. Due to the fact I am unable to determined what has been done to it and or how it was used in accordance with manufactures guidelines I can not help you. Also warranty repairs on the item have to go back to the Manufacturer and or a authorized dealer that can preform the warranty repairs. A none certify repair person can not do the repair and or you lose the manufacturer warranty. This not an option. Also on shipping if your purchase arrives damage on the outside badly and the item inside is damage then send Pictures, they must be taken and submitted to me within 24 hours. Also if damage on the outside and the product inside is in question then get the deliverer person to sign a letter stating so, Also contact the UPS, FEDEX and Mail service immediately. We can go to the shipping company for repairs and or coverage. Failure to act and do so in a 24 hour period and or upon deliver is too late to take action and you will responsible for it. I am not a big box store and in order to keep prices low and protect me and my business it is necessary to have these types of policies. Ensure what you want and buy is exactly the Part, Item and Merchandise you needed. I also reserve the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee for items that you do not want but ordered. You again cover return shipping and original shipping. But I will work with you. Also do not ship it unless we have talked and I have given direction on what to do.
